The Hayloft

Grown up superior Double with bath and sky view

This room was used for storage of hay and animal feed when the house was a forester's cottage. It sits above the Stables on the first floor of the house. Access is via stairs through the house. A large double room with antique furniture and views over the Irfon Valley across to the Mynydd Epynt. The sumptuous ensuite bathroom has a large luxurious bath and hand shower where you can soak away the aches of the day before joining us for dinner. As you lie there you can watch the clouds drift by through the skylight above your head.

"Laugh and the world laughs with you, snore and you sleep alone."

The en-suite bathroom is also new. The bath is large and deep with a hand held shower attachment. The heated towel rail is a lovely way to feel warm and cosy after your luxurious bath. There is a skylight above to watch the clouds, or stars as you soak your aches away. There’s also a shaver adapter, shelf and mirror.

The king-size bed is a great start to a good night's sleep. Enjoy Muiread's Welsh cakes. There's a choice of teas, coffee or hot chocolate to get you going in the morning. We always place fresh milk in the refrigerator which has also got enough room for a few bottles of wine, champagne or beer.
