A great start to the day
Our Breakfast Menu is normally served between 7.30 and 9.30.
Wherever possible, we source our produce locally. Muiread usually makes a compote of fruit using whatever is in season. We get our bacon from our local butcher, Mr Morgan in Builth Wells and our sausages from Angus Watson's Welsh x Pietrain pigs in Cynghordy or from Mr Williams' pigs at Llandrindod Hall Farm.
Most of our eggs come from Jeni's ducks and hens at Lower Pentre, in Llanfaredd.
We also provide Fruit Juices, Cereals, and Welsh Yoghurt. If porridge is your preference we use Flahavan's Organic Porridge.
After a Welsh Cooked Breakfast with your choice of tea or coffee why not dig into our selection of Muiread's home-made jams and marmalades.
